In the world of virus infection, it's turning victims to undead aka zombies.
Alice (Milla Jovovich) continues to lead the survivors to safe place which continue from the last episode of Resident Evil 3 (Extinction) after she defeated Nemesis. She gets some help from her old friend.
Alice, the chosen one, who able to defeat/destroy the Umbrella Corporation. The only chance for survival is to finding the source of the signal. Find the sources of the virus and prepare the cure. The Umbrella Corporation thinks they're safe, but they're wrong, cause Alice and Claire are coming for them!
Intrude the Umbrella Corporation, find the enemy and chop them into pieces, find the cures for the undead.
